Periodic/Annual Reviews
A Periodic Review or Annual Review is a narrative credit presentation detailing a trending analysis of the 5C’s of credit compared to prior period(s), complete financial spreads as well as an analysis supporting repayment sources, and a completed risk rating assessment measuring the risk level of the credit. The periodic review is most often utilized as a portfolio management tool to assess commercial credit risk on an ongoing basis.
